• Banking – Celonis process mining for business banking onboarding, wholesale client onboarding, BDP, customer account opening to decrease dropout rate, process optimization for increased efficiency in risk and compliance, data privacy impact, control room, model risk development, and governance. Helped sponsor the establishment of the 'Process Transformation Hub,' an operating model underpinning the implementation and management of Celonis as a third-party SaaS tool in Barclays.
• Insurance: Intelligent Automation across Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Administration.

• Created a $2 million+ year-over-year FTE savings pipeline while performing due diligence for client accounts across different domains. The objective was to create an automation-led productivity improvement pipeline by:
• Identifying opportunities across business process automation, including intelligent automation, RPA, process mining, and point solutions.
• Obtaining client consent (including business case/proposal preparation and tech validation of opportunity).
• To articulate business value (including case studies, demos, videos, etc.), articulate industry PoV (through industry/analyst reports, etc.), and create use cases for 'Beyond RPA.'

Project 1: German Medical Technology Major

• Understood the current business landscape, identified process re-engineering, automation, and operating model transformation opportunities.
• Value delivered: 12 projects (3 interventions) identified & prioritized for automation, process reengineering, and operating model improvements which will yield ~$ 21.5M improved cash flow and 40% productivity benefits.

• EXACTO for KYC: Extract data from customer KYC documents.
• Data is being extracted irrespective of the variety of incoming templates and forms for classification.

RPA Project 1: U.S. Financial Services Company

• Business requirement gathering, PoC development (DevOps) to pitch HCL expertise, and process assessment for bot implementation.
• Documents Prepared: PDD, SDD, PAD, Engagement Review, RACI Matrix, Business Case, BA Checklist for RPA Initiatives, and Risk Management Framework.
• Process Studied & Savings: Debt Validation ($155,664), Cease & Desist ($564,000), PS-CLI ($181,070), Debt Settlement ($104,834).
• RPA CoE Engagement: Responding to customer requests, performing a high-level check on the implemented solution, template formation, supporting delivery teams, and IPA for automation pipeline inclusion, as well as document sign-off.

RPA Project 2: Client - Irish Bank.

• Gathering business requirements, executing GTC test cases (UAT), resolving bugs on JIRA, and coordinating between the Dublin and offshore teams.
• Documents Prepared: Solution Note; Process Studied: SB&A Lending.

RPA Project 3: Client - UK Insurance Major

• Performed an initial high-level assessment of processes across AVIVA, CWA, and Reassure groups.
• Delivered the RPA feasibility report for Phase 2 RPA implementation. Data gathering from teams in Chennai, Lucknow, and the UK.
• Appreciated for completing this 82-process assessment in 19 days.
• Studied various insurance processes, such as death, retirement, and transfer claims.

• Functional Consultant & Client Handling: Experience interacting with clients across automotive, pharmaceutical & resources industries from different geographies to understand business needs, the sole point of contact for daily and weekly business interactions with clients.
