Summary

My research is centered on elucidating the role of intrinsic and extrinsic defects in governing the electronic and optical properties of functional materials. A primary focus of my work is the deliberate manipulation and control of defect states to tailor charge transport, band structure, and light–matter interactions. Through defect engineering strategies, my research aims to significantly enhance the performance and efficiency of next-generation optoelectronic devices.
