  • I worked as a Project Manager in the transfer of repairs of a product from the Repair Center in Celestica to the Repair Center in Romania (Third Party) during 2015.
  • Worked as a Project Manager for SPMS Setup for New Customer '2 Degrees' in New Zealand, 2021-2022.
  • Worked as Project Manager for SPMS setup for Reliance JIO 5G rollout across PAN India during 2022-2023. Including e2e setup of Warehouse, Logistics, Material, and Repair Setup, along with training to Customer about Ericsson HW processes.

PROJECTS Responsibility.

  • Managing the end-to-end deployment of the project.
  • Prepare a business case for the addition of a new product in the Repair Centre.
  • Prepare Project Specification, Time Plan, Budget, and Risk Analysis.

  • Also establish first ever the Global Volume Repair Flow in Jaipur i.e repairing Malaysia Volume in Jaipur Repair Centre in end of 2013 -> Received ACE Award for same.
