Admin Role-

• Managing correspondence from the Cluster (containing 11 departments, Running more than 30 programs with more than 5000 students) to the central offices for strategic inputs and compliance with the policies & procedures
• Using Design Thinking and other Tools for brainstorming and developing strategies for the Cluster
• Developing strategies and tracking mechanisms for Research, International Collaborations, and IQAC developments
• Serving as a Single Point of Contact for the entire cluster containing more than 280 faculty members for various central functions of the university like examinations, Question Banks, and Course materials. Ensuring quality mandates and tracking submissions
• Understanding guidelines and mandates of the Govt. Councils and Bodies to develop synergies with the departments in the Cluster
• Planning of the events and other initiatives to achieve Departmental/Cluster/University Vision
• NEP mandates & guidelines like OBE implementation, and Mapping of POs & Cos
• Member IKS (Indian Knowledge System), responsible for creating a repository and connecting with the advisory board for future planning
• Worked with various action committees related to university examination

Teaching Role-

• Communication Skills to Undergrad & Post-Grad Students (B. Tech, B. Arch, BBA, MBA, BA Psychology)
• Design Thinking & Creativity for Innovation as University Core to students interested in innovation and start-ups
• Literature & Great Books for MBA students for holistic development
• Soft Skills for engineering & non-engineering final year students
• Conducting mock interviews and mock group discussions for the students
• Managing placement drives and consolidating the process of different companies for preparing students for placements
• Member of the content development team for more than 60 faculty members in the department
