- Developed the GTM strategy, built, trained and managed a salesforce of 15 from outside the industry and deployed channel partners to cover 650+ towns.
- Worked on consumer insights to run end-to-end digital influencer campaigns that gathered 5 lac+ views in rural areas along with other BTL activities
- Building the business 0 to 1 and on track to meet annualized run rate of 12 cr within first year with double digit profitability.
