Die casting machines ranging from 350 T – 1100 T and 800 T HVSC, with 02 central Melting Furnace Capacity of 1T and 2 T. • Responsible for Manufacturing, sourcing & procurement of die casting tool & spares.

• Coordination with supporting departments for implementation of necessary changes in tools.

• Ensuring on time procurement of tools specifically for projects with stringent timelines.

• Was part of the green field site to put up the die casting manufacturing machines. Attended training in Japan in JTEKT corporation & visited machine supplier and die supplier for trials.

• Responsible for procurement Tool Room Machines and die casting tool & spares.

• Preventive Maintenance of dies, Sourcing of Spares for dies.

• Coordination with operators for maintaining 5S in the dedicated tool room area.

• Closely monitored new die trials for high pressure die casting & tool modification as per requirement.
