Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe and Kanban)
1. Management of DevSecOps and Day2 Support projects.
As a dedicated Scrum Master in Capgemini, I led and facilitated Agile methodologies for DevSecOps and Day2 Support projects for Cisco client. The requirement is to manage the Cisco Matrix application teams at scrum level using Safe Agile methodology. I am responsible for Program Increment(PI) planning of scrum teams using MIRO board. All dependencies and risks are tracked across multiple teams over MIRO board. Features are breakdown further into user stories and tagged with proper epics in PI planning. I facilitated regular Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all teams. I proactively identified and addressed project risks, impediments, and dependencies thus minimizing the potential disruptions to project timelines and outcomes. I also worked closely with product owners and leadership to ensure alignment between project deliverables and organizational objectives. In addition to this I am also responsible for overall human resource management.
2. Development of Client Private Cloud Testing Environment.
As a dedicated Team Lead in Global Logic, I led the design and implementation of a robust testing environment in the Ericsson client's private cloud, resulting in a 20% reduction in testing time. The requirement is to fix the issues raised by client on their production environment. For this we simulate their production environment and create one testing environment at our local machine on Linux/Solaris platforms. Then troubleshoot the customer issue and fix it by installing and testing the emergency package developed by development team.
3. Development of EJB-based Library Management System (LibSys) and School Management System
As a Software Developer in LibSys, I was involved in the development of EJB components for a scalable Library management system (check-in/check-out/renewal of books and maintaining student records) from Cobol backend code resulting in a 30% improvement in processing efficiency. The requirement is to migrate the LibSys system from Cobol platform to Java. I was involved in creating the software requirement specifications from Cobol code and then writing business logic for all library operations in EJB. Also responsible for the development of EJB components for a school management system (maintaining student records, their assignment/leave details and transport records). The requirement is to create the EJB based school management system from scratch to reduce manual effort of maintaining records.
