After years of dedication and hard work, Got promoted to Director of Product Development
In this new role, was responsible for overseeing development of new insulator and ensuring that met client needs and exceeded expectations
Also, company faced large number of dead and outdated stock due to pandemic resulting it started paying labor and dumping charges of dead and outdated stock
It was major challenge, company was facing throughout year
Took responsibility of same, get myself involved in core chemical composition of insulators
Successfully handled problem and set-up grinding media for Insulator so that get dead insulators grinded and converted in fine MESH powder
Started experimenting with chemical composition of new insulators being manufactured
Did more than 473 tests and finally find out that fine mesh grinded powder can be added up to 31.6% in current composition to manufacture new insulators
This drastically benefited company in terms of manufacturing budget of insulator
Along with that dumping cost turned ZERO
Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch of new products of same kind.

Was successful in creating new strong composition of insulator resulting 47% more strength in drop test also along completing multiple projects on time and within budget.
Also played important role in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes of same that improved efficiency, strength and quality within engineering department

In this role, was responsible for overseeing all engineering projects related to composition of High-Tension line Insulators at Modern insulators ltd
This included managing team of engineers and ensuring that various composition mixture to be added to insulator which helps to increase life and strength of any insulator getting manufactured at Industry
Tested models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility and operating condition effects
Performed thermal, electromagnetic, dynamic and structural engineering analyses on Insulators
Continued to demonstrate composition test along with strong leadership skills and was well-respected by team and colleagues.

Over these years, Continued to gain experience and develop skills as Senior Engineer
Got myself involved in chemical composition and manufacturing process of insulator
Worked on several big sized insulator making projects and was instrumental in successful launch of several new designs
Managed over team of 30
Given additional responsibilities, including mentoring junior engineers and helping to develop their skills
Also took one more of leadership role, ensuring that team members had support needed to succeed.

After one year of working as Junior Engineer, got promoted to position of Senior Engineer
In new role, I was responsible for leading small team of engineers in developing new designs and improving existing ones

Was able to build strong relationships with team members and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure success of every insulator design I get.

To scale business looked out for other grinding Units working in overseas like in China, Vietnam and Indonesia
Had words and meeting with machinery manufacturers
In initial four months successfully scaled and settled industry in automated process of operations, processing and sales of both units; assigned tasks to cousin brothers to take care of same and moved on to other project which discussed with company in China
Parallel after January 2013; Coordinated with foreign clients and planned to setup third mineral processing unit in same city

In initial six months main role was to keep eye on manufacturing process of various minerals which are processed in industry
To keep track of whole inventory and Sales
After this period of six months, visited Rajkot, Gujarat for sales and marketing
By meeting clients, visiting their Industries, learning process, offered them some amendments in minerals, and almost doubled present supply of Industry
To scale business; In Feb 2012 planned to establish parallel
Processing Unit with investment of USD 60,000.
