Enhancing Liver Disease Prediction Using Random Forest in Machine Learning Strategy.

  • Problem: Liver diseases are rising globally due to alcohol use, toxic gas inhalation, spoiled food, and drug abuse, leading to high mortality and morbidity rates
  • Objective: develop a machine learning-based model to predict liver disease using patients' blood test data
  • Method: used the liver patient dataset for analysis, applied multiple classification algorithms: logistic regression, J48, KNN, and random forest
  • Outcome: The Random Forest Classifier outperformed others with the highest accuracy and reliability, enabling early detection of liver disease from blood test inputs
  • Impact supports early diagnosis, personalized healthcare, and timely medical intervention, enhances healthcare outcomes with accurate predictions using ML.
