Project Name: Platform DXC

Description:

Worked as an integration expert in the team wherein integrated DXC services with client's monitoring tools using python and bash scripts where we brainstorm, code, build, test, deploy wrapper scripts in dev, stage & production environments and maintain versioning in artifact repositories and publish wrapper deployment related documents.

Tools: HPE OneView, Splunk and VROPs

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed a client-side wrapper to create incidents from hardware monitoring events through monitoring tool to PDXC and see incidents corresponding to events in PDXC ServiceNow through Rest API's using Python scripts
• Enhanced wrapper to sync incident and event status in PDXC and monitoring tool so that there is traceability and status synchronization between monitoring tool events and their corresponding incidents
• Achieved a reduction of 45% in support calls for End User computing by implementing self help, self heal and automation
