Teaching - learning is a self-rewarding noble job in which knowledge, experience and emotional satisfactions are concerned. Teachers, administrators, scientists, leaders and organizers are proud product of a sound education system. An ideal system of education aims at education not just for employability but for enhancing the credibility of the child as a valuable asset of the nation by instilling scientific temper, leadership, social aptitude and independence of mind. The objective of education should be to enable each child to play a constructive respected role in society and to lead a life which to him will be satisfying. Education must take into consideration the entire personality of the pupil and not one segment of it. Man has to develop himself aesthetically, intellectually, morally, physically and socially and thus it fulfils the far – fetched aim of education.

My job as a teacher is to make every single student feel like a winner. Each individual will come to my class with their own set of abilities, motivations, attitudes, goals, and cultural background. Getting to know these various facets of my students will allow me to excel as a teacher because I can tap into their talents, resources, and knowledge to make the classroom more interesting, dynamic, and personal. Caring for my students means I will "honour their humanity, hold them in high esteem, expect high performance from them, and use strategies to fulfil their expectations"

• Coordinating morning assembly proceeding and maintaining discipline during/after school in general/in principal's absence.

• A course on Strategic Classroom Skills for Teachers Conducted by IFDC, Chennai, on 24th & 25th June 2005 at DPS, Sector-IV B.S. City, Bokaro.
• Attended CCE Training organized by CBSE at Jaipur Nov 2013.
  • Under my supervision students of HEM SHEELA MODEL SCHOOL exhibited the project title ‘Automatic Rainwater & Light Shelter’ under the theme ‘Combating Climate Change’ in CBSE National Level Science Exhibition-2009 held at Bal Bharati Public School, Pitampura, New Delhi. This project was selected as one of the best under this category.
