- I am responsible for taking the IBM Skillsbuild platform to academia, improve volunteering efforts and increase our footprint in Academic ecosystem
- As part of this role I have led tie ups with government bodies/regulators such as AICTE, NielIT, NPTEL, DSEU, Tamil Nadu gov etc
- Thesetie ups and programs such as the IBM Hack Challenge, Project Buildathon and others have contributed to a 145% increase in the number of users in 2023 2023 also saw a growth of 60% in volunteering hours in India owing to regular outreach to volunteers.

- I was responsible for elevating the brand of IBM with academic institutes in ISA region by also promoting key offerings on IBM Academic Initiaitve and IBM Skills Academy from IBM to help students become industry ready. As per a survey by Universum IBM was 4 points up towards the end of my tenure with this role.
- I grew the outreach to the academic community and developers by over 500% in the year 2020 while the growing it by 86% in 2019 and 50% in 2018.
- Volunteer engagement of over 1000 volunteers within IBM for programs run by me and team. Provided opportunities for Employee Eminence to many volunteers and increased their external presence.
- Social Media Outreach - During my stint with this role, I ran many initiatives to increase IBMs overall social presence especially for students as a target audience. Superwomen at IBM was one such series that was focussed on taking stories of women leaders to young girls in academia.
- Talent Attraction - Our initiatives and social media outreach impacted talent attraction in a positive way and improved the quality of hires for IBM.
