· Responsible for performing administrative duties to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes.

· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of department policies, procedures, and department members’ methods of operation to conduct duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Sets priorities independently. SPOC for department requests for information, requiring knowledge of the people and roles in the organization.

· Carry out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

· Coordination with key stakeholder i.e. CEO, CFO, Business and Regional office for meetings & events.

· Manage the calendar, responding to requests for time and rescheduling when necessary. Makes appointments, domestic and international travel arrangements, assembles packets of information and prepares materials including itineraries.

· Work closely with other team members, business units for meeting agenda, any meeting materials and or presentations, scheduling the conference space required, connecting meetings to the required technology, facilitating refreshments and may include managing the budget for these meetings and /or conferences. Working within a approved budget to execute & plan annual workshop.

· Assist with travel arrangements including air, hotel, and ground transportation. Processes travel reimbursements according to travel policy on a timely basis. Scrutinize T&E claim supporting documents of Direct reports.

· Handle financial and accounting matters by Scrutinizing all vendor bills, submitting the same along with relevant documents to the finance department and ensuring timely payments.

· Proactively execute task assigned like GCFO Talent Tuesday, Covid 19 Camp co-ordination.

· Monthly Expense Management Process including raising Eprocs, debit notes.

· Coordinate with Human Resource department to handle onboarding process.

· Research, and provide complete info on Real Estate Institutional Programmers like Corenet Global membership and IIM MDP eligibility and enrolling process.

· Co-ordinate with IT and support Team members, for any technical problems.

· Maintain records of IT provisions like iPhone and Laptops assigned to the team.

· Prepare and Track stationery acquisition periodically.
