· Responsible for performing administrative duties to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes.

· Assist with travel arrangements including air, hotel, and ground transportation. Processes travel reimbursements according to travel policy on a timely basis. Scrutinize T&E claim supporting documents of Direct reports.
· Handle financial and accounting matters by Scrutinizing all vendor bills, submitting the same along with relevant documents to the finance department and ensuring timely payments.
· Proactively execute task assigned like GCFO Talent Tuesday, Covid 19 Camp co-ordination.
· Monthly Expense Management Process including raising Eprocs, debit notes.
· Coordinate with Human Resource department to handle onboarding process.
· Research, and provide complete info on Real Estate Institutional Programmers like Corenet Global membership and IIM MDP eligibility and enrolling process.
· Co-ordinate with IT and support Team members, for any technical problems.
· Maintain records of IT provisions like iPhone and Laptops assigned to the team.
· Prepare and Track stationery acquisition periodically.
