•Responsible for Processing End - to - End Payroll Processing for 9 U.S based clients compelled with multi—Company Codes for nearly 1000 or more Employees on take whole.
•Responding to client questions regarding our payroll and benefits products and provide application and product navigation support.
•Processed the Payrolls for the clients having Different Pay Frequencies i.e., Weekly, BI-Weekly, and Semi-Monthly.
•Attends all the "Pre and post payroll - Processing Calls” to get the specifications and to clear out my concern before processing the payrolls with the clients.
•Running the Audit reports Like (New Hire, Termination, Employee Payroll Changes, Etc.,) and providing the thorough audit observations to the client before processing.
•Runs the preview and audit the Preview Reports before the client reviews and makes necessary corrections if required and clear payroll validation errors before accepting the payrolls.
Review and examine network banks for suspicious/unusual patterns of
activity utilizing various internal systems, reports and external data
sources
• Proficiency in understanding Source of Wealth and Source of Funds of
Beneficial Owners to determine their initial funds used to setup business
in Large Corporate and Middle Market Enterprise (MME) segments
• Ability to decipher complex ownership structures (including Corporate
and Non-Banking Financial Institution's to effectively complete KYC
review as per in-country policy and regulations
• Conclude whether further investigation is warranted based on
reasonable assessment of information obtained
• Follow appropriate escalation matrix and proactively highlight
questionable profiles based on logical reasoning against text-book
approach towards procedures
• Keep current with understanding of systems, policies, procedures and
UK regulations.
Collection and verification of confidential client data via publically
available and internal sources.
• Understand the firm’s KYC requirements when completing
documentation inclusive of Customer information program (CIP).
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence, and Product Due
Diligence.
• Compare and Contrast difference within KYC records, highlight and
escalate any discrepancies.
• Meet firms’ quality standards
• Communicating/ escalating issues to management when applicable.
• Handling and maintenance of confidential client documentation.
• Comment on trends/behavior relating to account due diligence and
activity review.
• Ability to comprehend the KYC risk factors and draft the overall risk
summary for the client.

• Strongly engage with middle office and be part of KYC/AML
interactions to complete the case as per timeline.
• Maintaining daily tracker and updating scores to line managers and
senior management

by team members.

Clients in KYC Utility Project
