Summary

I have an experience of more than 12+ years in Operations and Backend Process Operations Management.

I worked with renounced organizations in this industry such as Iengerizer, DXC Technologies India limited ( formerly CSC India Ltd) and currently working with Echo Managed Services Limited.


Initially started work as an Associate however now successfully managing medium sized teams, I love to engage and mentor my team members to make them part of a professional and disciplined work-force which helps in delivery.


There was a gap in my professional career of approximately 3 years due to the birth of my first child, however I rejoined workforce in 2015 and since successfully performing my professional and personal responsibilities.

  • Receive escalated e-mail enquiries and complaints from VAC (Visa Application Centre’s) and ISCC (Information Service Call Centre’s) via application WIS, to solve the customer immigration related queries.
