1. Obtain drawings from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), review them, and ensure technical modifications align with site requirements.
2. Oversee and coordinate logistics with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
3. Supervise the erection of the furnace, conveyor equipment, and related components according to OEM specifications.
4. Ensure that erection partners adhere to defined quality and safety standards.
5. Strategize the sequence of erection activities and alignment to minimize rework.
6. Develop a comprehensive timeline for erection, considering predecessor activities and monitoring critical tasks.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as electrical and instrumentation (E&I), refractory, and civil to streamline work processes.
8. Verify bills submitted by erection partners to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
