• Own complete inventory requirements of the DE/BG for both Store & Online, through accurate allocations and timely execution. Identify projects and develop product and store level hindsight reporting to measure in stock Drive auto-allocation and leverage JDA inventory optimization channels across workstream Functional SME/Training new Joiners on JDA allocation and reporting - Manages Change and create new process initiatives, documents, Process maps.

Inventory Management

• Work closely with the Inventory Analytics Lead and Planners to ensure that each store has the correct inventory level to support their sales and merchandising needs

• Ensure appropriate level of stock of advertised lines from the commencement and duration of promotions. And flagging risks of compliance issues.

Operational Excellence - Allocations

• Management of auto allocation process for all departments ensuring any PO exception issues are resolved.
• Ensuring all allocations are completed in the allocated timeframe. • Amend allocations based on store impacts to minimize overstocks and markdowns .
• Support with size ratio analysis as required.

Forecasting & Reporting

• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities by department, major class and style and communicate appropriately
• Provide feedback on findings, risks and opportunities
