  • Managing a complex product portfolio, with > 10 projects running in parallel with budget ranging from 10 – 200 M Euro. A total project budget of 400 M Euro managed Expanding rapidly the eMobility Footprint of Fuso
  • Launch of eCanter in new markets planned in 2023- 2024.

  • Leading a cross-functional team at Daimler Truck Asia for five years, I spearheaded the successful development of two generations of electric light-duty trucks. We started by gathering customer feedback and went on to design the truck with a new battery, eAxle, and E/E architecture, followed by supply chain ramp-up involving over 100 new suppliers. The project was complex and required a budget of over 200 million Euros
  • First-generation eCanter 1.0 was introduced in 2018 in Japan, the US, the EU, and Australia. Second-generation eCanter Next Gen was launched at the IAA in Hannover, Germany, in September 2022. In 2023, we sold over 1500 units of the eCanter Next Gen.
  • I motivated my team to achieve great results by leading the setup of a team of 20 highly skilled members. This team was responsible for managing the eMobility platform, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes in product planning for e-vehicles, project management for vehicles and e-powertrain, and infrastructure development.

  • Restructured the project, proposed development of in-house 4 and 6 cylinder engines to Daimler Trucks AG top-management, which lead to cost saving of more than 2,500 Euro per vehicle
  • Successful launch of Fighter meeting post JP09 emission norms in 2017 within a record development time of less than 2 years.
