• Planning, Organizing & Monitoring end to end line haul operations which includes all modes of transportation (Air, Road, and Rail)
• Manage the weekly creation and daily management of the linehaul schedule and associated systems
• Proper implementation of the policies and is a part of audit team to find gaps and provide time to Monitoring commercial connections, vehicles availability and daily follow up for the held back shipments
• Maintain the shipment records for each client
• Maintain the SLA for each shipment to be received at customer premises within scheduled time.
• Supervised day-to-day workflow of employees in order to maximize productivity and maintain quality standards.
• Work with forecasting team to drive improvement of the base forecast
• Manage and perform ongoing analysis to work with appropriate teams to develop and improve scheduling methodologies and systems
• Manage and improve scheduling metrics to identify trends and shortcomings and drive scheduling accuracy
• Facilitate communication and coordination with different teams and coordinate for the creation of a schedule that meets all stakeholders expectations and concerns.

Expansion (New Business Development)

• Number of facilities scouted, finalized & made operational in Lucknow & Kanpur where 1 Hub and 4 Spoke live in Lucknow with current daily OFD value of approx 1 Cr, Kanpur operational with 1 Hub and 2 spoke currently.
• Launch 6 DSD Cities (ROS) - Agreement, Pin code activation, Entity creation, STN Movement with the help of central team.
• LM Vendor Onboarding - (Sourcing, Negotiations, documentation, Capacity planning, Area allocation).
• LM Vendor Management - End to end solely handling of payments release (Invoicing, communication, deduction handling, coordinating with central team).
• Manpower Management (Off Role Hiring) - Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring, Documentation, Joining & Training.
• Infra & Asset management- Asset audit across facilities, Asset availability at time of start of operations, coordination with central team for PO raising, follow up with the vendor, getting it done on ground level, infra related modifications in absence of infra team

Operations Management

• Managing the inventory of 1600 SKU on daily basis through minimizing recon & damages, daily job count, RTV & FIFO
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Design and improve delivery operations to achieve higher productivity, lower costs and better service level adherence
• Managing daily operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets
• Communicating and follow-up with Last Mile vendors for bill validation, KPI Penalty and damages as per policy and compliance, decreasing pilferage and improving the operational efficiency
• Managing the Fleet & Transporter (DSD) on Dealshare platform and supporting to run operations smoothly
• Managing 40 teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
• Maintaining metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Provides transparency to all stakeholders (reporting, dashboards); proactively escalates major deviations to steering and control group.

• Managing order placement and GRN from FC, Stocking & Inventory control at DC level, Timely dispatch as per batched customer
• Own the end-to-end DC/MDC operations which include, infrastructure, people and processes management
• Ensuring the delivery (100 to 150 tonnage/day) across Delhi-NCR in 1st and 2nd slot as 98%
• Maintaining the internal audit score as 98% at MDC level
• Drive key operational and customer service metrics consistently
• Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs
• Smoothly derived the P&L project by reducing the LM losses from rs3/kg to 0.14/KG also reduces crates losses from 630 to 132 per day
• Responsible for handling manpower, Create & analyze reports on operations
• Review, analyze and understand daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to determine the impact of root cause processes on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
