Making reconciliation statement for construction materials, funds and bills. Analyzing all engineering activities for all internal and external departments. Help engineering teams deliver projects on schedule. To develop strategies, determine material and labor costs, monitor crew performance, ensure health and safety regulations are obeyed, and that communications channels are open.

I used to work as Project Engineer at Bharat Acoustics Labs Hyderabad.

My role was to plan, design and oversee acoustic construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.

Managed approximately 5-10 different sites per day from customers.

Completed three months internship at local construction company while I was pursuing Polytechnic Diploma in Civil.

I got to learn about project management, site supervision, and various construction techniques. To manage parts of a construction project, providing technical advice to subcontractors, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time, in line with legal guidelines and within budget.
