Responsibilities in the above projects:
- Done enhancement at the time of SO creation; we added a few custom fields at the header level and item level, and those header values should be copied to the respective sales order item fields. T-Code Va01, and we have a few conditions, like based on sales order types, that only achieve this requirement using a user exit.
- We have completed enhancements in the MIGO screen, adding custom fields based on requirements and implementing validations based on requirements used by BADI.
- Done with Adobe form creation from scratch, based on the business requirements of Material Contract, Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Service Contract, and Service Purchase Order.
- Done with Adobe Forms creation from scratch based on business requirements, such as the HR biodata form, which contains employee personal details, service details, education qualifications, training details, posting details, and experience details.
- In SAP Sales and Distribution, I created a Money Receipt form for Scrap Sales based on business requirements, which was executed based on the document number and fiscal year.
- Done with module pool programming from scratch based on business requirements, such as AOH/COH maintenance processes covered in the SAP Plant Maintenance module, which involves the identification and planning of turbine components and spare parts 2 to 3 years in advance.
- In addition, the created pension process in the SAP HR module with Adobe Forms contains the Payment of Gratuity Act and a form for assessing pension and gratuity.
- Designed and created a wide range of reports based on business requirements, which involve SAP MM, SD, HR, and PP modules.
- Led initiatives to transfer data from legacy systems to SAP. Developed programs that ensured data was accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded, minimizing errors during the migration process.
- Participated in daily and weekly status meetings, reporting progress, addressing issues, and collaborating with the team for critical issues.
- Created a technical document specification document and unit testing documents for implemented objects.
- Conducted training sessions for end users on how to use new applications and reports effectively. Provided ongoing support and documentation to help users adapt to changes and maximize their use of the system.
