  • As Field Medical Officer, I assessed, triaged, and stabilized patients in emergencies using ABCDE protocol, escalating cases when necessary. ALS training enabled to lead resuscitations and manage critical emergencies, such as cardiac arrests, trauma, heart attacks, and infectious diseases like dengue and typhoid.

AUDIT:
ACE and ARB prescribing patterns in an outpatient setting

Aim & measure of the change:
To focus on the patients with hypertensive disease in our practice who are prescribed ACE and ARB
inhibitors without proper evaluation of serum electrolytes and serum creatinine.
Method:
 Initiating the Audit: I took the lead in initiating the audit, defining objectives, assembling a team, and
devising a plan for data collection and analysis.
 Data Comparison: I conducted thorough comparisons of data, examining financial records,
operational metrics, and other relevant data sets to identify any discrepancies, trends, and areas
needing improvement.
 Interpreting Data: My analytical skills were crucial as I interpreted the findings, analyzed the data to
conclusions, identified root causes, and evaluated the overall performance of the system/process.
 Explaining Conclusions: My effective communication skills were evident as I conveyed the
conclusions to the consultant, articulating analyses, findings, and recommendations succinctly.
Conclusions/Actions:
Totally 30% are non-compliant with the guidelines.
