Roles and Responsibilites

Agile Talent Acquisition Planning:Develop and deliver agile talent acquisition strategies aligned with overall business goals and stakeholder needs by managing team of 12 member team. Collaborate with business partners to enhance employee retention strategies and reduce attrition rates. Directed projects across the group with the aim of improving recruiting effectiveness (APAC, EMEA and America’s recruitment campaigns)

Streamlined Recruitment Framework: Enable efficient recruitment processes by establishing preferred supplier arrangements and in-house capabilities to meet business requirements. Identify gaps in conversion ratios and redesign fulfillment processes to optimize critical mandates.

Building Trust and Partnership: Cultivate trust and partnership with senior leadership and management to develop succession plans and drive organizational growth.

Employer Brand Enhancement: Work closely with the communication team to improve the employer brand and attract top talent to the organization. Foster strategic hiring by creating attractive selection and offer negotiation processes.
