Project name: JAL.

• The JAL application is all about activating the products under certain conditions.
• Activation of products requires device serial numbers, which have not undergone RMA.

Contribution:

• Worked on new features requirements and wrote test cases.
• Performs functional testing and raises defects in the defect tracking tool. At the end of the QA phase, regression testing is performed.
• Supported cross-functional teams in identifying risks, mitigating issues, and ensuring overall product quality.
• I received appreciation from the client.

Project name: NPI Quality Management System (NQMS)

• Allows for the creation and management of target estimations for nRTY/FPY, management of yield data, tracking of yield data against targets, and management of different types of Build Issues, from issue reporting to closure within the NPI Program framework.

Contribution:

• Conducted detailed requirement analysis to develop accurate test cases that validated product functionality against specifications.
• Streamlined the testing process by developing automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.
• Maintained up-to-date documentation of all test plans, results, and defect reports for efficient tracking and reference purposes.

Project name: Juniper Customer Administration and Reporting Tool (JCART)

• The JCART application is a replica of the Ent admin tool. JCART is a Customer Administration and Reporting tool, and it is used by external customers, Jpartners, and distributors for creating user accounts with all information.
• After the creation of a user account, we are able to fetch the details in multiple ways, like searching by role, company name, email ID, status of the account, and so many other options. We can update roles, delete roles, and get information about users in bulk.

Contribution:

• Worked for two sprints, understood the requirements, wrote test cases, and performed functional testing, and reported anomalies in the defect tracking tool.
• At the end of the release, perform regression testing before sign-off.
• Written test cases for automation and automated using the PyCharm tool.

Project name: Quality Event Management System (QET)

• Create a common tool for managing Quality Events for different quality processes, for multiple teams, setting a stage for capturing learnings, and enabling advanced analysis and decision-making to drive improvements.

Contribution:

• I worked on the enhancement release to understand the new feature requirements, and I wrote test cases for those new feature requirements.
• Performed functional testing and reported defects in the defect tracking tool.
• Achieved high levels of customer satisfaction through diligent verification of bug fixes before final release approval.
