Inspirato Oracle Fusion ERP implementation (Dec 2022 – June 2023)

Inspirato had multiple legacy applications and wanted to replace Coupa with Oracle Cloud to standardize and optimize business processes relating to procurement, expenses and payables. Inspirato also wanted to have Oracle Receivables and Revenue Management for business processes relating to subscription revenue by bringing data from third party & home-grown applications like Zuora, Dry Fly to Oracle Cloud. However, during the Global design and data migration, it was discovered the scope of integrations was more than originally planned and the team needed more time to understand how and what data needed to be brought to Oracle from their legacy Applications.

Aspen Aerogels, Inc. Cloud ERP   implementation  (July-2023 – >Dec-2023)

Aspen Aerogels was using EBS 12.2. Their existing EBS environment was nearing end of life. They were looking for an organization to help them migrate to the Cloud. They wanted the ability to leverage additional functionality as well as scale for future Global growth as they have plans to expand into Mexico and the UK in the next 1-3 years. Aspen Aerogel also wanted the enhanced security inherent in a Cloud solution to address their On-Prem security concerns.

Customer is seeking to deploy banking integration for their existing Oracle ERP Cloud environment. Integrating payments and  bank statements electronically with the Bank Of America will reduce the   amount of manual work completed for payment remittance and bank statement  reconciliation.
