3. Drafting and releasing PO
4. Managing supplier relationships
5. Monitoring performance and delivery of goods , by maintaining proper TNA from sampling till goods reach to warehouse.
6. Generating reports as needed, maintaining daily WIP , weekly/monthly/yearly reports from order release date till GRN date
1. Internal & external communication, includes - Buyer,Factory,Sourcing team,logistics team etc.
2. Costing : Preparing cost sheets with all necessary data for every new order, season wise cost sheets & taking final approval from manager
3. Sampling : Developing samples according to buyers instructions. Types of samples such as proto sample, fit sample, fit sample, photo shoot sample, sales man sample, size set sample etc
4. Preparing TNA
5. Fabric & trims in-housing: Taking all necessary approvals from buyer, booking and to in-house fabric & trims by considering cost, approved qualities, quantities & lead time as per TNA.
6. Conducting PPM, with factory including quality & superwiser to advice, cross check if they are clear on given final details to proceed with size set & bulk production.
7. Advising and assisting production and quality department: Making good relationship with the garment production and quality department for smooth and fault free production to create good impact on shipping the product timely.
