As Proprietor, responsibilities included from managing complete operations of Purchase, Sales Promotion, Staffing, meeting statutory requirement, monitoring the slow moving items, etc.

Firm is into retail loans consultancy and is an authorized agent of a Corporate DSA having tie up with various private sector banks and NBFCs for sourcing for retail loans.

As a founder, my key responsibilities included :

• Developed key operational initiatives to drive and maintain substantial business growth.
• Recruitment of brokers and Sub brokers for sourcing of loans.
• Precheck of all the loan documents and policy before login in the bank to reduce error rate.
• Coordination with the key stake holders of the bank.
• Performing promotional activities to generate leads

Key responsibilities :

• Credit decisioning and approval as per Delegation for Retail loans , Mortgages and Business loans
• Managing team of Credit Analyst and outsource team.
• MIS
• Coordination with other department within the bank.

Achievement :

Set up the Credit department unit of the consumer finance unit for the day of its launch.

• Credit decisioning for Commercial Vehicles and LAP proposals.
• Meeting high networth customer for their understanding their requirement.

• Financial and Credit Analysis of funded as well as non funded requirement of SME's.

• Presenting the credit proposal to Group Credit and Credit committee for their decisioning.

• Monitoring Insurance renewal processes and RC hypothecation.
