Identify error or risk prone areas and build robust controls to mitigate the risk
Reconciling and processing the various cash transactions like Subscription, Redemption, Dividends
To Perform Call Back to Investment Manager/Fund to cross-check the legitimacy of the wire out instruction if there is change in the wire instructions
To Ensure proper reconciliation performed, in case of mismatch, thorough investigation, and rectified.
Conducted training to teams on Alt's products, Risk management and other topics which directly or indirectly impacts the organization.
Ensuring process documentation (DPAD's, checklists, process maps, etc.) is up to date and is in line with EO standards
Develop and maintain training packs and ensure effective delivery and tracking
Review competencies at a process level for all the members of the team in a continuous basis
Ensuring expectations on SLA's, Checklists, Daily and monthly reports are adhered to CASS Standards
Handle escalation and resolve issues in a timely manner
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Assist and monitor team projects till completion Managing the partners at work, Identifying the pain areas and setting and implementing the plans to overcome the challenge.
Liaising with KPMG Internal audit team to understand the process and taking the ownership of Internal audit for our process.
Aiding other partners in training, reconciliation, Transaction processing and ad hoc request.
Worked on in house product (GPA) enhancement and tested for the operation functions.
Worked on projects relating to Sold out, Cash Awaiting, Pricing projects and GPA clean-up projects.
Develop periodic goal, organize the work, set short term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion.
Expectations on SLA’s / Checklists / Daily and Monthly.
Organizing/conducting process training sessions for new joiners/ existing partners during each month.
