. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Time and Attendance, Accruals, business structure, Access profile, leave of absence, business process models, Attestation, ESS, basic scheduling and Notifications.
· Proven track record of successfully leading full lifecycle implementations, from initial consultation and requirements gathering to system configuration, integration, training, and support.
· Skilled in analyzing client needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional results that enhance workforce efficiency, compliance, and operational performance.
· Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance, and ensuring seamless deployment and utilization of Kronos software to meet organizational objectives.

· Certified in Agile Methodology, experience in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) which includes User Interaction, Business Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, Builds, Configuration and Code Management, Production/Customer Support, Maintenance and Enhancements.
