Position Overview

As a key leadership role, this position is responsible for the effective general management, academic leadership, and strategic vision of the school. It ensures the delivery of high-quality education while overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with school policies and IB/IG board standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• General Management & Administration: Oversee school operations, aligning them with strategic goals and policies.
• Academic Leadership: Guide curriculum planning and instructional excellence.
• Curriculum and Instruction: Implement and refine curriculum to meet academic standards.
• Professional Development: Enhance staff skills through targeted training and coaching.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to support the school’s goals.
• Staff Management & Training: Support and develop faculty and staff.
• Event Leadership: Plan and oversee school events and activities.
• Authorization and Affiliation: Manage IB/IG affiliations and maintain standards.
• Safeguarding: Promote student safety and well-being through proactive policies.
