· SPOC for Light and Passenger Vehicle axles’ account of Ashok Leyland and Mahindra and Mahindra. Acquired 5 new businesses in the LV and PV segment over a span of 2 years by recommending technically and commercially viable front and rear axles

· Successful in capturing the market segment ranging from 2T to 3.5T goods carrying light commercial truck by launching 2 new axle products for the Indian market scenario

· Maintained a track record of creating a 15 MINR idea bank thru benchmarking and VAVE

· Worked closely with Global Engineering teams to complete design review gates

· Experienced auditee for IATF 16949 and Internal audits

· Hands on experience in product life cycle, that includes design review, costing, part development and business case preparation

Product Development & Management – Driveshaft Engineering:

· SPOC for all commercial vehicle OEMs – Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Daimler India, Mahindra, Volvo Eicher, and Isuzu

· Customer centric approach to support hand in hand and propose driveshafts for more than 100 vehicle applications

· Product and process planning for new product launch to enhance market share. Successful in launching 4 new driveshaft products

· Hands on experience in product life cycle, that includes design review, costing, part development and business case preparation

· Worked closely with Global Engineering teams to complete design review gates

Value Analysis Value Engineering (VAVE) Lead:

· Conduct cross functional team review for idea generation and implementation

· Introduced and implemented more than 10 product improvement ideas over the span of 2 years and realize cost and weight savings

· Work closely with Supply Chain and plant team to review suppliers and their processes for product development

· Leading teams within organization to achieve all project deliverables

· Played a pivotal role in setting up and streamlining production for the aluminum driveshaft (Mahindra Scorpio N) assembly line

· Led an automation project to reduce lead time of packaging after unloading driveshafts from Paint line – achieved 70% reduction

· Program management and 4M Change coordinator – Acted as the SPOC for new part development with all the OEM customers
