Successfully planned and executed LCV Bus BSVI validation with complexity of 11+ variants and 1050+ testing attribute within project timeline of 18 months for timely launch of BSVI product and develop confidence matrix for smooth SOP(Start of Production)

• Post Launch Issues - Low Fuel Economy (FE) complaint from Field vehicles

Demonstrated high degree of speed & execution as a part of Cross-functional team (Product development, Sales & service, Manufacturing, Vehicle engineering) for resolving post launch FE complaint on customer vehicle in record time, that resulted production halt due to customer dissatisfaction

• Product capability demonstration for increasing Sales revenue

Successfully executed Electric vehicle Fleet testing at customer end(STOs) to demonstrate product capability to customer for generating sales

• Formulation of New Test Standard

Developed & implemented new test for accelerated steering system validation & release of guideline for same based on learnings from past organization

• Preparing project specific DVP based on DFMEA, voice of customer & past experience (benchmark vehicle) for vehicle validation
• Executing all durability tests as per DVP within the project timeline.
• Monitoring vibrational test/4-poster durability on test rigs, On-Road durability for product validation.
• Reporting failures observed at various stages, analyzing issues, demonstrating failures to concerned designer, maintaining its database, tracking of issue movement till logical closure.
• Carry tear down inspection of testing components, sub-systems after completion of test for fault identification & closure.
• Publishing weekly report on testing status, completion visibility and critical issues.
