Roles, Responsibilities and Achievements :-
- Accomplishment of a multimillion-dollar business vertical of Digitization (Films, Audio/Visual, Photo Negatives & Positives, Slides, Prints), Enhancement & Digital Film Restoration comprising of 51 employees across levels for Amiri Diwan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MOFA), Ministry of Culture, Qatar TV under Private Engineering Office, Qatar Govt.
- Estimating, planning and building accurate manpower requirement based on skills availability and business needs across the globe.
- Handling a team size of 50-70 members related to production on day-to-day basis with emphasis on quality output.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Media Asset Management (MAM) software design & development tailored to Client’s requirements regarding appropriate access policy, collection management, web & mobile (native) presentation. It also works as an inventory management software and Graphical Dashboard to view all kinds of reports related to production.
- Ensuring seamless file delivery & media archival on Linear Tape File System
- Organizing and leading project teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Present periodic Dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities, and client issues to senior management of the company executives and board members.
- Analyze and rationalize requirements to determine agreed, achievable project objectives that align to organizational goals, strategies and objectives
- Recommend scope boundaries to best meet business and technologies objectives within given time and resource constraints
- Review, rationalize and integrate multiple work streams of projects into a structured, cohesive plans
- Successfully create, follow, update and maintain project schedules while tracking milestones and dependencies across team within a project
- Defining quality benchmark for quality control department and monitoring their output as a whole
- Meeting deadlines of the project on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Generating production reports for escalating to the top management
- Interaction with the client to understand and meet their requirements
- Interacting with the finance department for the monthly turnover of the quantity delivered
- Conduct regular meetings and discussions with various departments team leaders concerning crucial decisions
- Managing site related to HR, finance, operations with the corporate office
- Work with product, Technology and business owners to define, release the plans, grooming and prioritizing backlogs.
