Major Work Responsibilities:

Project Finance

• Active participation in the scrutiny of pre-bid documentation and financial viability of the projects before bid submission.
• Financial viability analysis of awarded projects including revenue projections for such projects
• Project wise billing and giving instructions for payments basis milestones
• Preparation of Cash Flow Statement (CFS) of each project
• Preparation of Profit & Loss Account (P/L) project wise
• Taking lead in inter company billings & payments, ensuring reconciliations between inter company balances
• Creation of agreements between inter company units.

Banking Operations:

• Active participation in banking processes for issuance of Performance Bank Guarantees, Pre-Bid EMD, bill discounting, Bank Reco, etc
• Tracking of funds and fund management

Preparation of data for Softex filings

• Preparation of data and reconciliations for ensuring timely issuance of FRICs from Banks, tracking & settlement of FIRCs and generation of e-BRCs.

• Accounting for small size businesses, preparation of financials, TDS payments
• GST Transition, GST impact assessment for various businesses
• Filing of GST Returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B)
• Preparation of TDS Returns, TDS Reco

• Tax and audit related work
• Review of data prepared for filing Service Tax Returns
• Preparation of financials for small traders
• Filing Income Tax Returns

• Periodical (monthly, quarterly, annual) closing of DIAL-PSF(SC) books within time & accuracy and MIS reporting to the management
• Variance analysis of P& L items.
• Monthly review of Opex, variance analysis against operating plan, trend analysis to track controllable expenses.
• Correspondence with MoCA, CISF, AAI & CAG on Financial matters and other issues
• Capitalization of PSF Assets & development of FAR in SAP Module and its Quarterly MIS Reporting.
• Payments of PSF (SC) security related expenses & compliance of MoCA SOP.
• Preparing weekly Fund position, monthly Receipt & Payment A/c & Cash Flow Statement
• Periodical review of General Ledgers & clearing of unreconciled GLs/Transactions & GR-IRs status
• Assistance in closure of Annual Audit of DIAL-PSF books as scheduled and resolving the issues with Statutory Auditors, CAG Auditors, MOCA Auditors & Internal Audit.

• Worked as a Team Lead in Internal Audit assignments.
• Handled FCRA investigations, DEPB investigations,etc for multiple clients
• Handling of special Audits u/s 142(2A) of Income Tax Act, 1961
• Led various statutory audit assignments for large multinational groups
• Also handled taxation & consultancy related works like filing of Commissioner Appeals, ITAT Appeals, Service Tax Refunds, preparation of Income Tax Returns, etc
