1. Project: Packaging Factory (Corrugator Plant),

at Plot No C2 – D-01 at Dhanansu, Ludhiana, Punjab

Client: JKPL Packaging Products Ltd.( J K Papers)

Project Description: - State of art facility for manufacturing corrugated sheets including printing and packaging spread in area of 17 Acres with ground coverage of 18000 sq.m in Phase-1

Role: Handled complete architectural design, including presentation, sanction, working drawings, and detailed elevations. Spearheaded planning for a 2.0 lakh sq.ft. corrugation plant, integrating a 100m-long corrugator and advanced printing machinery. Optimized layouts for machinery placement, raw material flow, and goods movement, while coordinating utility systems like boilers, cyclone separators, and biodigestors. Ensured accurate foundation design for the long-span machine, maintaining structural integrity and operational efficiency.

2.Project: Warehouse Buildings for TCIL & TCIE at Kh.No.260/3 & 260/4,P.H.N.-32

Village- Guma,Dharsiva, Raipur(C.G.)

Client: Transport Corporation of India Ltd(TCIL)

Role: Warehouse building in conventional steel structure.Working drawings, GA drawings review,Plumbing and Fire fighting coordinations etc.

3.Project: Manufacturing unit for Foilnest pvt.ltd at Sara industrial estate,Dehradun-(uttarakhand)

Project Description: - Spread across area of 5 Acres of land with built up area of 3000 sq.m..The unit comprised of rcc gr.floor block with conventional steel shed on 1st floor.

Role:Led comprehensive planning of the unit, including detailed space allocation for electrical and plumbing utilities. Developed working drawings, coordinated with various consultants, and conducted regular site visits to ensure design implementation and project progress.

4. Project: TFBL Milk‐processing project (JK Foods Pvt.LTD) at Vidhyasagar Industrial Estate,Kharagpur (West Bengal)spread across 15 acres of land.

Project Description: - A state of art facility processing around 5lac ltrs capacity of Milk per day including Milk powder production, Cheese,butter and ghee production.

Role: Currently leading the end-to-end design and planning of a 15-acre dairy complex in Kharagpur, West Bengal, featuring a 9,600 m² main process hall and approximately 5,000 m² of ancillary utility blocks. Overseeing architectural and structural works for RCC buildings with Proflex roof(cheese, ghee, pre-processing) and steel sheds for dryer, evaporator, boiler, and utility facilities. Responsible for concept development, feasibility studies, and detailed working drawings. Actively coordinating with civil, mechanical, and services teams to integrate major equipment layouts by interpreting GA drawings and translating them into construction-ready plans.

5.Project: Shigan Quantum Technologies – PCB Manufacturing Facility at Shyam Pravidhi Parisar, METL, Jhajjar, Haryana

Project Description: The project entails the design and development of a cutting-edge PCB manufacturing facility featuring advanced SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly lines. Spread across 4 acres, the plant is housed in a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) with a built-up area of approx. 10,200 sq.m., spanning the ground floor and two mezzanine levels. The layout incorporates clean room zones for SMT operations, with well-defined circulation paths to maintain stringent clean room standards. The site also accommodates essential utilities, including an HVAC plant room, underground water storage tanks, DG sets, security cabins, and a scrap yard.

Role:I have undertaken the complete planning of all functional zones and activity flows, ensuring optimized space utilization and compliance with technical and operational standards. Working closely with PEB vendor for the GA and anchor bolt detailing.The boundary wall and security infrastructure have already been completed on-site. Foundation work for the main structure is scheduled to commence shortly.

• Executed major waterproofing solutions and modern transformations for Mr. and Ms. Sharma's residence in G-101, G block, Saket.
• Renovated Mr. Inderjeet Singh's residence at H-20, H block, Saket, involving space planning and structural additions.
• Designed and executed interior works for apartments belonging to Mr. Meghraj Aware in Nagpur.
• Developed a farmhouse project for Prof. Avinash Deshpande in Nagpur.
• Led end-to-end architectural and interior design for a residential duplex for Mr. Amitabh Prasad and Mrs. Tripti Prasad in F-17, F block, Saket, including significant structural revisions.
• Planned and executed redesign of Dr. Sanjib Patra and Dr. Vandana Patra’s duplex in F-22, F block, Saket, covering all aspects from presentation to site visits.
• Managed layout planning for Narkesari Grih-Nirman Sanstha at Besa, Nagpur, ensuring compliance with regulations on 1.4 acres.

Description: - A housing spread on land of 12.87 acres to house duplex unit’s .The master plan was designed to accommodate 156 units with adequate open spaces and optimum circulation spaces.

Responsibilities: - Master Plan for the housing, planning of 6 types individual units with Vastu considerations, presentation drawings, elevation options etc.
