VPPL have a Well-Equipped engineering industry with high CNC MACHINIST (Turning & Milling), high precession CNC Machined, Precession JIG Boring machines and other conventional general-purpose machined along with CAD and manufacturing system (CAD/CAM). VPPL is one of the leading mould base manufacturers in India. VPPL is supplying the mould base to the valuable customers like Godrej Boyce Ltd, TVS, MSSL, Sumi Motherson, CTM, L & T etc.. VPPL has the capacity to produce the housing from 125X125 to 2200X1000 for plastic mould dies housing for pressure die casting and plate die set for press tools. The material used are M.S, En8/ C45, Pre hardened steel, steel casting, HcHcr, OHNS, Ramax, SG iron and as per customer requirements.
