• Fee Validation Report: As a part of this project, We develop a report that independently selects and calculates fee for at least one account for each product code in each portfolio and compares results with selected account’s actual billed amount to confirm accuracy
• Validation will aid in identifying changes to Rules that have unexpected impact to fee calculations
• This project is to ensure that customer is billed correctly for targeted Add On products
• This request is Consent order audit finding and a compliance requirement, to deliver report every month
• Macy's CI Agent Productivity Reporting: As a part of this project, We set up process to export and transmit requested data to Macy's, from Acquisition tables stored by team as SAS datasets, Design document was prepared by me, which covered various aspects of project activities such as coding standards to follow, reporting requirements and report schedule
• Attending client calls and coordinating with onshore resource as part of requirement gathering phase
• Creation of reports with fields as per requirement given by project team and send to upstream team for data analysis
• Anti-Money Laundering: As a part of this project, we developed a system that performs monitoring of transactions done by an individual
