I am an innovative and experienced Food Science Technology Lecturer & a researcher with a strong passion for exploring plant based biopolymers and their application in different food systems. The broad area of my research is plant products especially starches and exudate gums. Food processing, functional food development, food waste utilization, food safety and value addition of foods through ecofriendly techniques have been my core priorities in my research. My goal is to contribute towards the advancement of environmentally friendly and efficient food processing technologies leading to sustainable development.
