• Maintain all safety whether they are related Foundation, Erection, Stringing, HT /LT lines.
• Maintaining all safety records.
• Ensure wearing of PPE, S by all workers and staffs like helmets, goggles, like jackets, safety shoes, safety belts, masks, etc.
• Site inspection & supervision (Safety) labors.
• Ensure safe operating instructions are available at working place.
• Preparing sign boards & banners regarding safety.
• Maintaining & monitoring the permit systems and related documents
• Coordinates the activities of Fire Equipment Technicians.
• Inspects, repairs, and tests fire extinguishers using hand tools, test equipment, and monitoring devices.
• Inspects, tests, and repairs systems such as smoke detectors, sprinklers and dry stand pipe systems, and pull systems.
• Maintains records of all inspections, tests, repairs, and remodeling of extinguishing systems.
• Assists in fire safety inspection.
• Assists in inspecting building, investigating fires, evaluating fire hazards, and hazardous materials as required.
• Advises departments of the need, uses, and types of fire. Extinguishers.
• Conducting safety audit at project site.
• Preparing check lists, accident reports.
• Conduct periodic reviews of completion of compliance training
• Conduct safety and health training.
• Edit and update written safety training plans.
• Deliver training using new and previously prepared lesson plans
• Compliance with safety objectives & procedures of the company.
• Giving safety induction to all level of employees.
• Conducting safety meeting (weekly)
• Daily plant safety inspection
• Regular inspection of scaffold tower and platform and auditing scaffold tag system
• Minimize unsafe conditions of operations
• Strictly follow HSE company rules and regulation.
• Perform site inspections in compliance with company safety, health and environmental system.
• Conduct investigation in the event of accident and dangerous occurrence.
• Conduct safety meetings, site safety inspections on daily basis.
• Report responsible authority on case of accident or incident.
• Report any injury resulting from work activity
• Arranging training for staff & workers on injury, damage & loss control.
• Meeting, ensure that firefighting equipment’s is adequate.
• Responsible for conducting daily site inspections to find out hazards unsafe.
• Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety
• Ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan.
• Issue, monitor and control permit to work.
