1. While working on Pimcore, on daily basis we receive New SKU’s (Stock Keeping Unit) which we called as DNS (daily new SKUs).
2. These SKUs are visible on Website on the same day evening and also some other Excel Files like Low Price (these SKUs are published but not made available on Website and basically pushed to website afterward) are received sometime for publication.
3. Maintaining and updating these Product features and details on Pimcore as and when requested.
4. Every product comes under different category and accordingly different Excel tables are created.
5. Few of the product categories are: watches, hand bags, dresses, home decoration, etc.
6. As a part of housekeeping activity, we have to check and make sure that all the published products in Pimcore are visible on website with Proper Enrichment.
7. Once these SKUs are visible, we audit the details and perform necessary modifications/changes if required and re-publish it.
8. All these SKUs are published to a Staging environment before its publication to Main Website. On the urgent basis, if the Table of a particular product is not visible on the Website, I republish the SKU’s along with Group ID and check every hour if it is Visible on Staging and then send Snapshot of the Grouping and Enrichment.
9. In context to products, I have also created Single Groups or Double Groups of the SKU’s if they are not in a Group of a Particular Product Category based upon different categories which are uncommon in same Product.
10. On Daily Basis, Our Target is to work on Minimum 40 Unique per day and Minimum 500 SKUs per Week. Till now, I increased my work at an Average of approximate 37-42 every Week and more than 500 SKU’s every Week.
At Last, every day I have to check the TLV (Today’s Leading Values) Grouping, Summary and Enrichment and send snapshots to the particular product either it is JP or NJP (Jewelry Product or Non-Jewelry Product).
