Job overview

Initially hired to set up the public relations and thought leadership function for Encora, my charter was expanded to include content and communications within the first two months of joining.

In my current role, I lead the global brand, content & communication charter for Encora, which includes complete ownership and accountability for brand, public relations, content, thought leadership, CXO communication, website, SEO, and social media for the 9500+ digital engineering organization with 40 offices in 20 countries.

To be effective in this role, I have rapidly built and continue to enable a team of high-performance marketers. I lead this team to:

  • Own the global Encora brand, including spearheading our brand refresh that involved in-house creation and distribution of our new brand identity across our global footprint
  • Build media relations and a pipeline for Encora and our leadership to be featured in media to build brand recall, driving weekly news articles across multiple Tier-1 publications, leading to a 500% increase in media coverage Y-o-Y
  • Work closely with the industry marketing teams to power their TL and sales enablement assets, powering 300+ assets every year
  • Create, maintain and drive a content pipeline for the entire organization, ensuring that it is aligned to industry standards and can capitalize on emerging trends through unique thought leadership assets
  • Own and operate a social media pipeline for our LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & X, ensuring that the content going out adheres to a consistent narrative and brand language, leading to a 50% increase in followers Y-O-Y
  • Own and operate a Generative AI CoE for Marketing, that has led to a multifold increase the execution speed and production capacity of the marketing team

Job overview

At LTIMindtree, I played a two-fold role within the company's marketing organization. As part of the CMO's office, I led several strategic, high-priority projects for the $4 Bn+ entity formed after the merger of LTI & Mindtree, while also heading marketing for LTIMindtree's Enterprise AI practice. In this role, I:

  • Drove internal & external communications for the C-suite, in the form of newsletters, PR, and thought leadership, while working closely with the CXOs to build their personal brand
  • Helped orchestrate LTIMindtree's post-merger brand refresh, including our new design language, corporate identity, and organizational narrative

I also had the opportunity to lead end-to-end marketing for Canvas.ai, LTIMindtree's Generative AI product suite, and the Enterprise AI service line:

  • This included creating the marketing stack from scratch including the messaging, market positioning, design language, digital assets, and building and executing a plan for PR, industry events, lead generation etc.
    • Launched the complete GTM stack for Canvas.ai, driving a 3× rise in qualified AI opportunities within two quarters and influencing ~$1000M+ pipeline across priority accounts.
    • Leveraged AI and agency support to produce 300+ industry-focused sales and field enablement assets over a year, accelerating pursuit velocity across 12+ verticals and equipping the sales teams and consultants with standardized messaging.
    • Orchestrated Enterprise AI presence at multiple global events and CXO touchpoints, enabling direct engagement with 150+ target accounts.
    • In partnership with the Analyst relations team, helped deliver analyst-facing motions that secured multiple Gartner/IDC/Everest mentions, strengthening LTIMindtree’s market visibility for the Enterprise AI service line
