• Spearheaded Goclub, a tier-based loyalty program, increasing user lifetime value by 7% and 6-month retention by 5%, contributing to a 10% uplift in revenue per user.
• Post Gojek-Tokopedia merger, led the loyalty program integration, resulting in a 20% increase in transactions on Gojek and a 60% increase on Tokopedia.

Fintech & Loyalty

• Credit Card Program: Conceptualized and launched a beta credit card in collaboration with RBL Bank, targeting loyal food enthusiasts and successfully enrolling 10,000 users in the beta phase.

Consumer Growth & Loyalty

• Conceptualized & launched a subscription program - 1mg Care Plan. Achieved PMF with the 1mg Care Plan subscription, growing to 100,000 subscribers in the first year with a 40% retention rate
