- The process involves managing the Assets, Stock levels, Joiners, Leavers, L&S, and Writeoffs
- A crucial part of the role is to prepare/generate reports from various sources (i.e., Snow, Workspace1, IBM Notes) and share them with appropriate teams in a scheduled manner
- Section of the work also involves Tracking the Assets with the help of Workspace One and SCCM scans
- Maintaining the integrity of the DB
- ServiceNow plays key roles like maintaining the Asset Records, Stock level, Tasks, and Incidents
- Assuring the efforts involved are in an efficient way and incrementally improving the process with CSIs and Automation
- Tools that are used: IBM Notes, SNOW, Excel, Workspace One, and GSuite.
