- Equipment received for any job shall come through work order and check those issues or problems mentioned by the end user and function test prior to start job, then come to conclusion to order the parts required.
- Preparing part list for Equipment received for repair.
- Follow preventive maintenance plan also on all hydraulic equipment as per OEM/ Company recommendation.
- OEM new modification required shall be done at the same time with together with job.
- Handling various types of Top drive (drilling tool) such as Canrig, National oilwell varco, LTI. Received from rig periodically for MPI or yearly inspection as per PMP.
- Handling various Hydraulic power units, use for Top drive Canrig, drawwork, Iron Roughneck Assy and Rig up special job,
- Handling various types of Iron Roughneck (Tubular handling tools for Break out and Makeup job) such as NOV- (Model: ST80C, 3080), FORUM, BLOHM AND VOSS.
- Handling Various Brake Caliper (COREMO, SVENDBORG BRAKES, National oilwell) for Drawwork, pressure test prior to dismantle to see if hold OEM set pressure otherwise spring to replace to function properly.
- Handling Torcup Air pump, use for tightening and loosen BOP bolt while installation and removal.

- Troubleshoot Hydraulic Torcup Air pump on emergency in our workshop base and set pressure as per rig / operation requirement.
- Troubleshoot Hydraulic Power Unit heating issues and set pump pressure and adjust pressure relief accordingly in the field rig operation under emergency.
- Fix or Troubleshoot pressure drop in the manifold hydraulic(NOV Topdrive 11 SH) due to variable displacement pump malfunction and then replaced succesfully.
