Position Overview:As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will ensure that HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively to provide comfortable environments for occupants while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components to prevent breakdowns and prolong system lifespan. Repair or replace defective parts, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters.
• System Installation: Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems or components according to specifications and industry standards. Ensure proper alignment, connection, and calibration of equipment for optimal performance.
• System Testing: Conduct tests and evaluations on HVAC systems to verify proper operation and efficiency. Adjust settings, controls, and parameters as needed to achieve desired performance levels and energy efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements. Generate service reports detailing findings, recommendations, and work performed for reference and billing purposes.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to address inquiries, explain maintenance procedures, and provide recommendations for system optimization. Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
