Optimum Design and Analysis for Impeller of Centrifugal Pump (B.E), Analyzed pump performance at various impeller material like brass, cast iron, steel. In solid modelling material property analysis like tensile strength and shear modulus. From CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), analysis values of fluid pressure, velocity and mass flow rate for determining head of fluid calculations. Maintenance of single acting two stage reciprocating Air Compressor (Diploma), Current collector (Electro Deposition process in vehicle paint i.e. Anode) defects analysis and remedies. Due to faulty anode, it consumes more energy and the cost of maintenance gone increased. When it was observed to me, I did the root cause analysis and other problem-solving methods and find out the cause and take a trial of remedies and it's gone successfully. Increases in overall efficiency. Reduces the cost of maintenance and breakdowns.
