Team leader: Project management and monitor the procedure. Handle the team of fifteen people towards communicating goal. Allocating and managing resources.

• Responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the HR department.
• Optimizing process, data checks, ensuring hr records are accurate.
• providing support for new hiring of client companies and ensuring all queries are answer promptly.
• Supporting candidates with reports and counseling documentation.
• Generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients.
• Giving basic training to new trainee.

Accomplishment: Got a certificate for becoming a first trainee to lead business for company. Made three people join within 15 days after training of one week.
