DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Established and managed Quality management systems in the Project that includes Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Precast yard, and as built design in the conformance of ISO 9001, Contract, Saudi Aramco schedule Q and company standard requirement.
  
• Ensured Saudi Aramco schedule Q, Company approved quality plan, procedure requirements are met and well communicated within Project Team.
• Define, implement and Manage Project Quality plan and procedures in line with Saudi Aramco schedule Q Requirements, company standards and ISO 9001.
• Plan and conduct periodic Quality Management System Audits (Internal and external site, subcontractor, Supplier) to verify effectiveness of implementation.
• Oversees procurement process, supplier & vendor in respect to schedule Q requirement, company approved Plan and STFA procedure.
• Monitor customer complaints, Schedule-Q Requirement, PQI (Project Quality Index) and do root cause analysis in case of any deviation.
• Raise Quality issue with Project Management, Engineering,Procurement and construction team for effective corrective and preventive action.
• Liaise with Saudi Aramco,Third party,contractor and ISO certification body related to Quality Management Audit and certification matter
• Leading and Managing Project QA/QC Project Team and Take part in weekly project quality and construction Meeting.
• Supervise and ensure effective implementation of document control system at all site.
• Review QA/QC and Inspection reports of project sites to ensure that inspections and test are carried as per the ITP and procedure.
• Identify and control the measuring and testing equipment for calibration
• Advice and support middle and senior management on the different aspect of quality management
• Conduct and manage Focus assessment of all Petro Rabigh Phase II Expansion project site.
• Effective closure of nonconformity raised by Client and Auditors.
• To Meet the Target defined as KPI Quality Objectives
• Improve the process in the result of Project Quality Audit (15% and 60%) and Management Review Meeting.
• Lead the Management Review Meeting, Weekly Project Quality Meeting and Construction Meeting for quality Matters.
