In my first Product Management role, I had the opportunity to launch Peakhale FB and Peakhale SF (MDI & DPI) the inhalation range for Micro Labs in 2013. I introduced the Joy of Living campaign for Peakhale, which included posters, patient information leaflets, and a comprehensive patient awareness program.
I also organized awareness activities around World Asthma Day and COPD Day to highlight respiratory health issues in the community. Additionally, I provided extensive training to the field force on inhalation therapy and led a nationwide rollout of the Peak Spiro Camp—a spirometry test initiative incorporated into visual aids—that significantly boosted prescription generation.
My role extended to overseeing the training of field force members across 121 territories in India and conducting major conferences such as NAPCON, PULMOCON, APICON, KAPICON, Paedellarcon, and ISOCON.
As a Territory Manager (Medical Representative) I led the successful launch of a comprehensive respiratory inhalation & nasal spray portfolio, including Airtec FB, Airtec SF, Airtec FF, Airtio, Flublock, Glemont-F, and Airlevo, targeting allergic rhinitis, asthma, and COPD. This initiative covered both trade channels and major institutions across the southern Bangalore territory.
