• Managing payroll processing and handling the employee exit process (full & final settlement).
• Preparing and ensuring timely submission of PF challans and statutory compliance.
• Monitoring and maintaining employee personal files and records.
• Maintaining and updating statutory registers and documents as per labor laws.
• Handling employee selection, attendance, and leave management.
• Preparing and maintaining daily manpower compliance reports to track workforce deployment.
• Managing worker onboarding (joining process) including documentation and record keeping.
• Monitoring wages and salary records of workers.
• Processing and coordinating weekly advance payments.
• Addressing and resolving employee/workers’ queries related to attendance, wages, and HR matters.
• Assisting in month-end activities, including verification and processing of camper/logistics bills.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory labor regulations.
